Seafood restaurant in Bohuslän
The sea sets the tone in our restaurant, where the menu is centred around fresh fish and seafood from the Swedish west coast. With the water just outside our door, we create dishes where simplicity, quality and seasonality take the lead. Our cuisine is rooted in classic French cooking, as well as in traditional Bohuslän home-style dishes, often combined with techniques and influences from other cuisines.
We offer a carefully selected range of wine, beer and non-alcoholic options, and are always happy to recommend drinks to complement your meal.

Whisky bar in Bohuslän
In our whisky bar, you will find one of the world’s largest whisky collections within a restaurant and bar setting, with more than 4,100 unique bottles from a wide range of distilleries and vintages.
You will also find the Talisker Room – a private dining and tasting room with a large table for up to 18 guests, bespoke cabinetry and whisky from floor to ceiling. It is ideal for whisky tastings, private dinners, small celebrations, or simply enjoying a fine whisky in a relaxed setting.
We host regular whisky tastings, and group bookings can be arranged throughout the year, except during peak season in summer and major holidays.

Welcome to the Swedish west coast!
What type of cuisine do you offer?
Our cooking is rooted in classic French cuisine and in traditional Bohuslän home cooking, often combined with techniques from other cuisines and cultures.
What kind of fish and seafood do you serve?
We mainly work with seasonal fish and seafood, always focusing on quality and flavour. From spring, when mackerel returns to the coast, to summer mussels and the autumn season of crayfish, lobster and oysters.
Do you work with local fishermen or suppliers?
Yes, we collaborate with carefully selected local suppliers. Our prawns are sourced directly from the shrimp trawler Atlanti, and our fisherman Manfjärd delivers freshly prepared vendace roe from fish caught off the coast near Måseskär, straight to our kitchen.
Is the restaurant suitable for guests who do not eat seafood?
Of course – we always offer alternatives for those who prefer other options.
Do you recommend drinks to pair with your dishes?
Yes, we are happy to recommend drinks to complement each dish. We offer a wide selection of wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely – we have several non-alcoholic options that pair beautifully with our food.
