Lobster fishing

We organise lobster-fishing trips for groups of between six and 24 guests.

In collaboration with local fishermans and our restaurant, Brygghuset Krog, is able to offer an experience that’s out of the ordinary.

Program

6-24 persons

  • The boat departs from the quay outside the hotel. Your fishing trip will last approximately two hours. We supply with flotation suits.
  • Back ashore, you’ll be served warm mussel soup in our restaurant, before joining our head chef in the kitchen to cook your lobsters.
  • Optional afternoon activities: chill out in your room, or take a walk around the picturesque village of Fiskebäckskil. You can also reserve our floating spa (a glass-fronted sauna and open-air Jaccuzzi at the end of a long pontoon, right in front of the hotel) or book your group in for a tasting in Joel’s Bar, which houses Sweden’s largest whisky collection.
  • Three-course dinner with a half lobster as the starter.
  • Overnight accommodation in a shared double room
  • Buffet-style breakfast
